New Student Club Activity Information Systemwill be launched on October 22
The new Student Club Activity Information System (https://my.ntu.edu.tw/clubactivities) and Activity Center Venue Rental System (https://my.ntu.edu.tw/venuerental/) will be launched on October 22. Details are as follows:

Starting at 8:00 a.m. on October 22, the current Club Information System will be temporarily suspended for data backup and migration. The new system is expected to be available between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. once the migration and verification are completed. If the process finishes earlier, the system will be activated ahead of schedule.

Since this update involves transferring all existing data to the new system, student clubs concerned about possible data discrepancies are advised to complete any known activity applications in advance before the migration.

After this update, activity applications and venue rental applications will be handled in two separate systems.

Each club should log in with its original club account and password, then submit applications such as club registration, activity applications, semester plans, and instructor applications.

All applications must first be approved by the club president, and then by the faculty advisor.

The club president and faculty advisor must log in using their personal Computing Center accounts for approval.

The new Venue Rental System now supports online process. For detailed instructions, please refer to https://reurl.cc/RkZZQr.

When using the venue, please present a screenshot of the system page showing your venue application number.

Venue rental applications must be linked to an already approved activity. The next online registration period will begin on January 23, 2026 (Friday). Please ensure that your club completes the activity application first before applying for a venue.
